SHIPPING

We offer free express shipping on all Australian domestic orders over $300. For all orders under $300, a $20 shipping fee will be applied at checkout. 

All orders will be sent out via StarTrack on an Express delivery service. 

We aim to process orders within 24 hours for dispatch, and a further 1-2 business days to metro areas. For regional areas, please allow 1-3 business days for delivery. 

During high volume order periods, please allow for up to 72 hours to process your order. 

Our team operates during business hours Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

RISK OF LOSS 

The transfer of risk and title for items purchased by you occurs upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. In cases where shipped items are claimed as not received, the replacement of products and credits applied to your account are subject to our investigation. We may request that you sign and return a formal affidavit before we proceed with your claim.

At our discretion, we will either replace the products or credit your account, ensuring that our response is both professional and appropriate to the circumstances. 

We encourage our customers to purchase our shipping insurance for peace of mind.
