Returns & Exchanges

IN-STORE 

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we only offer an exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase. We do not provide refunds. 

The returned item(s) must be in its original condition (new, tagged, unwashed, & unworn) and must have contacted us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

There will be no returns or exchanges permitted on sale item(s) under any circumstances. Unless faulty or damaged due to manufacturing issues.

ONLINE 

Due to the complexity of logistics, we do not offer online returns or exchanges. If you have any questions regarding our items, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

REFUSED SHIPMENT

In the event your shipment is refused or not collected at your local post office, your order will be return to us. We will be in contact with you once we have received your parcel. Upon request, we can either resend the parcel your the customers expense, or provide you store credit excluding shipping costs. 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOOD(S)

All item(s) are inspected prior to processing the order by our team to ensure item(s) meet our standard.

However, if by any chance the item(s) are damaged or faulty in any way, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We will repair the fault if possible. In the event whereby we are unable to repair it, we will replace the item(s). If a replacement is not available you will be eligible for either store credit or refund.

DAMAGED SHOE BOXES

Occasionally, shoe boxes may get damaged during transit to us or during delivery to customer. We check all shoes before getting dispatched to ensure that item(s) meet our standard. We will not accept returns on the basis of a damaged box except for extreme circumstances.

The Gallery will not be held liable for boxes that are damaged during transit.
